If all the old wives tales and the Farmer’s Almanac is true, this email won’t seem so shocking!  Snow is on the way, so it is time to start thinking snowmobiling!

Round up the youngin’s and send them to the Snowmobile safety course.  It will be held November 1st at the Lake Pleasant Fire Hall.  Please contact Dick Eliezer at 518-548-3194 to sign up.
If unable to attend the November course, a December date will be announced and we will keep you informed!

Did you get the envelope filled with our Sled Raffle Tickets?  Did you sell them all yet?  If so, please mail the stubs and moolah to
Pleasant Riders Snowmobilers Inc.
P.O. Box 425
Speculator, NY 12164
If you haven’t sold them all… what are you waiting for?????
The Raffle sled is currently at Casey’s Corner for your viewing pleasure!

Also included in your envelope was your club membership application.  Please fill them out and return them to the address above.  As the administrator is receiving them, they are being processed and an email from NYSSA will be sent to YOU.  Follow the directions to print your voucher.  That is what you will need to bring to  the DMV to register your sleds.
If you are unable to print or do not have a printer, please contact Betsy @          518-548-5719
Also, please keep in mind, registering in person or mailing directly to the Hamilton County DMV keeps revenue here! Over 12% stays local!!!

We will be at Apple Fest again this year.  September 27th  10am-4pm.  Stop by and see us for more information about club membership, the vouchers and about the upcoming 2015 Riding for the Cure snowmobile ride.
Perhaps throw your name in for some volunteer duties.  Always looking for extra hands for trail clearing, dishes, parking attendant, elves, auctioneers.  We will need  group guides as well for the Ride
